They seem to have an issue with refunding your money. I have had two issues with getting my money back. One was a return and the other item was never sent because wasn't in stock but their website showed it was available. I asked for my money back and never received it.So I went through my bank to get my refund.

first the number on their website is fraudulent, when you call the number someone will claim it's not ital suit. but then he turns around to advice you to email the company, even giving you the correct email address, telling you because they are online based only. then you wonder how he knew so much about them since he claims he is not part of the company. Second please look at their website and all the customer service numbers there, they are all fake. finally if you have made the mistake of ordering like me without trying to contact them first, I have been trying for two weeks to communicate them with no success. Please don't put your money in the hands of these frauds. I am working on making the necessary reports so that law enforcement can follow up but my money is not with me. beware

Don't buy from Italsuit!

I ordered a white two-piece suit two years ago. There was a long delay and then they sent a different two piece suit by Statement. It fit properly but I wondered why it easily wrinkled because my other wool suits don't wrinkle. It also is becoming a bit grayish in colour. Today, I took the suit to a tailor who told me that the fabric is cotton/polyester even though the label says that the shell is 100% wool!. The tailor said that real wool is never snow white and it is very expensive. This suit cost $200. The bottom line is that you can't trust Italsuit or the Statement brand.

Returned Suit and Received No Credit

I ordered a men’s suit on December 28, 2015. The suit was too big. After several attempts calling customer service, they agreed for me to return the suit and provided a return ID. I returned the suit on Jan 11, 2016. I had paid $168.90 with a credit card. But I never received a credit from Italsuit. I have documentation from USPS that they received the suit back. I sent several follow up emails, but no response. Terrible customer service as others have indicated. I complained to the credit card company but since more than six months had elapsed, they were not able to help. Stay away from this business. They are a rip off. I ordered a suit for my 60th birthday party and it was delivered as promised. I received it within 10 days and it looks great, and fits okay. I do have to get the pant let out a little and hemmed, the jacket fits very well through the body but the sleeves require shortening. I pretty much have to do that with all of my suits anyway so overall it's not a bad deal considering what I paid for the suit. I am happy with the way the suit looks and the quality of the super 150 fabric. I will order more product from them and if I have a problem I will let the world know.

This company is a fraud. Everyone working with them is a crook.

They charged my CC but never sent the suit and wouldn’t answer phone or reply to emails. Never work with them ever or you will regret it.

No Call Back

I was called by a guy named Mike telling me that one of the suits which was ordered had *** in it. The suits are for my dad overseas so I told him I will get back to him. It has now been over a month and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at their company. Left numerous voicemails and emails but haven't heard from "Mike" Is there anyone else out there who has had a similar experience and who may be able to help? Do they have any other kind of platform where they can be reached? e.g facebook or twitter? Really annoyed. Please somebody help.

I don't even know where to start with this so called company. There is a major problem with the customer service.That is because THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can not and will not reach a person because they don't answer their phone. I kept calling and redialing just to see if someone would pickup, this went on for two days and the person finally decided to answer with an attitude. Must have been the redial. I had questions on my shipment delivery and he was able to give me a tracking number. I asked him to confirm my order shipment and he was able to do so, However when I received my shipment they did not send the right Item size that I ordered. Stuck with costly tailor alterations, because there is no sense in trying to reach them. No time to auto redial the so called customer service/business number.

Customer service never answered from 1st day I placed an order. Ordered on 21 of November, today is 10th of December 2015. Calling every day, but no answer. Emailing them did not help ether, was just one answer , that they recieved my order and that's it. They even did not get me a shipping reference or No. I am boiling with anger. I received a sport coat with no buttons. They would not pay shipping to return.low end product really bad customer service. I emailed five times no response. Placed a complaint with pay pal (why do they support this company) but they would not help.i should have done my research better business gave them lowest grade. Bottom line they are a rip off And should be put out of business Why do I need to put 100 words in this review. A bit odd I am about to give up! I do not have 100 words to share about this low end company. We have been ripped off

I got the same complain with the ItalSuit store. They sent me the suit that I didn't pick and when I returned to them the suit, they didn't refund my money.

This store is a rip off.

I got reply on my 1st email when was trying to place my order, but when I was trying to get my refund, all my emailed were ignored. I should have done my research well about this store before I placed my order.

308 dollars sent to Italsuit but nothing received

I accidentally came across their website Italsuit.com and made an order on 5th. May 2013 and kept following up on the order that I thought would be arriving in a few days. No reply to my numerous requests of update of my order on their custom service email. Info@***.com . I tried calling their customer service number . The person who answered asked me who am I calling , and when I told him Italsuit to ask about my order he just said wrong number and hung up. It is not a matter of bad management or incompetence , they are definitely crooks and thieves.

They suck!!!They send you suits you didn't order and then charge high restocking fees and even if you get your suit it will probibly be the wrong one! They are the biggest rip off web site on the web. There customer service person cant answer english and has a permanent case of the dumb ***. The color you order will either be the wrong color or the wrong size. Don't do business with ItalSuit.com if you want to waste your money on junk suits and zero customer service. Avoid this company at all costs1 They have several different web sites so be careful!!
